We are proud to be partnering with The Road Home when we are in Salt Lake City, UT tomorrow (Wednesday, October 21st). The Road Home, formerly Travelers Aid Society, is a social service agency established in 1923 in Utah to assist stranded travelers, unescorted and runaway youth, and other disconnected persons. Today, the Road Home provides support and shelter for overcoming homelessness. Their programs are designed to connect people with resources and help integrate them back into the community
We need your help and getting involved is easy. Just come to In the Venue on October 21, 2009 and bring your item(s) for The Road Home's Christmas bags.
Items needed are as follows: shaving cream, weatherproof gloves, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, razor, toothpaste/toothbrush, chap stick, scarves/hats, curling iron, deodorant, socks, decks of cards, make-up. Hygiene items should be full-sized!
We hope that you'll be able to participate.
